How we got here
Cisco HR was founded in 2012 by a team of HR veterans who had spent years inside large corporations watching small and mid-sized businesses get left behind. They had the same HR challenges — payroll, compliance, hiring, benefits — but none of the resources to handle them well.
We started with a single client and a clear mission: deliver enterprise-quality HR to businesses of every size, at a price that makes sense. Over the past decade, we've grown to serve hundreds of clients across industries — from 5-person startups to 500-person regional companies.
